How do you want your child to feel around you? It’s never too late to change the emotional tone in your home, to strengthen your relationship with your child, or to learn to be more compassionate toward yourself…because parenting IS hard, and we are struggling humans doing the best we can. I am a peaceful parent, a military spouse, a yoga teacher, and I believe in the wisdom of the body and the power of aware intention to change unconscious beliefs and patterns of reactivity. I wanted to raise children who don’t need to recover from their childhoods, and I got to work learning all I know about mindfulness, nervous system regulation and brain-body parenting, attachment, and self-compassion. I offer attuned presence and an open loving heart so you can uncover your knowing to create more peace in your relationship with yourself, your child, and your home. You have the insight and strength within not just to survive, but to truly thrive and cultivate that sweet connection with your child to last a lifetime. I want that for you and your family!
